BlackHat Money making Pdf Book Free Download

I'm in the thoughts of creating a website containing a landing page for a book and one blog page, where I will write about related subjects.

My intention would, obviously, be to point the blog visitors that came from Google to the landing page.
But I will also do Facebook ads for the landing page.

I am completely new to selling an ebook/pdf, I have never even bought a digital book myself.

I wonder if anyone on the forum has success with this type of website? I'm skeptical to people actually buying PDFs/digital books now days (unless it's from Amazon). My potential audience is also quite small, as it would be in Swedish.

It's so easy to get free content online, both legally and illegally. So I wonder if people actually buy this?
